Official confirmation from both parties is yet to be published, but it appears that mobile casino operator Fruity King is a serious bidder for a shirt sponsorship deal with British Premier League football club Newcastle United.

Phillip Jones, head of marketing for the mobile operator, told the publication Winner Sports this week that his company has sufficient budget to make a major offer for the sponsorship, which is being considered.

Winner Sports reports that Newcastle United signed a GBP 24 million four-year stadium and shirt sponsorship deal with payday lender Wonga in October 2012. The sponsorship kicked off at the start of the 2013/14 season and the deal comes an end with the 2015/16 season.
