Respected tech innovation news agency VentureBeat was afforded an exclusive preview of BetCade’s Android app store for real-money gambling interface.

According to the report, the user interface produced by Fantasy mimics the look and feel of a traditional app store and has been developed to provide online operators with a new gaming app distribution platform.

VentureBeat describes the BetCade app, once downloaded, as providing players with the “easy download of unlimited apps on their devices, and seamless updates and management”.

BetCade’s store will reportedly offer in-app deposits along with distribution, discovery, payment, and security features.

The app store is expected to launch on Android during 2016 and will be available initially in the UK, followed by other legal jurisdictions.

“While Google doesn’t distribute real-money gambling apps, Apple does on its store,” David Chang, chief executive officer of Betcade told VentureBeat. “But Apple doesn’t provide rankings for them or promote them, which effectively hides them from its audience. Betcade plans to offer a better user experience with rankings, promotions, and curation.”
