Bwin’s Party Poker New Jersey operation has expanded its mobile availability with the launch of a new native Android app, which can be downloaded f.o.c. from the company’s website to work around Google’s arbitrary real-money gambling bans.

Party Poker, which like most of its rivals already offers an iOS app, is the first in the New Jersey online poker market to offer an Android facility.

The new facility is not at present available on the website of Party’s New Jersey partner Borgata, although this is likely to follow suit in the near future.

By offering the Android app, Party Poker will probably trigger a competitive response from rivals Caesars, which is partnered with 888…and that company has both iOS and Android technological capability.
