The Swedish internet gambling software and games developer, Net Entertainment, has announced that its mobile games are now also available on Android devices.

NetEnt Touch, a suite of games initially created for iPhones and iPads, was launched at the end of 2011 and there are currently seven games available via the mobile platform: Gonzo’s Quest, Jack Hammer, Blackjack, Flowers, Victorious, Subtopia and Mythic Maiden.

All of these are now compatible with a selection of Android units, and future games will be designed to be functional on both iOS and Android, the company said in a statement Friday.

“We are committed to making sure that our mobile games remain world leading and the natural next step for us was to launch them on Android devices,” said company president and CEO Per Eriksson. “Android is narrowing the gap with iOS and we see great growth potential in both operating systems.”
