CG Technology (formerly Cantor Gaming) has announced the launch of an updated…and upgraded…version of its sports betting app, which comes compatible with Android, iOS and Windows PC platforms.

Improvements include a wider range of wagering options that include future, prop and parlay bets, and easier, more efficient user control of functions like active and historical bets data and payment processes.

CG Technology president and chief executive Lee Amaitis said Thursday that CG’s previous mobile sports wagering generated approximately 60 percent of the wagers the company handled, but the company continually strived to do better.

He said the new product better meeting the demands of sports bettors, furnishing them with more games, an expanded range of wagering opportunities and more intuitive ways to place wagers.

Matthew Morrissette, chief technical officer for CG, said that the product was the result of close collaboration with customers, who had been generous with their views.

“With this feedback in mind, we redesigned our user interface to function more intuitively on mobile phones, tablets and Windows PCs, and the iOS version has been updated to match iOS 7 visual guidelines, look and feel,” he revealed.

“Our goal was to launch an app that was more user-friendly, more intuitive and more interactive. The end result is a radical improvement for our users,” he said.
