Betsson and Mr. Green take on Pugglepay

Swedish start-up payment solution provider PugglePay has partnered with Betsson and Mr Green in deals described as its first with high-profile operators.

PugglePay is an invoice based payment solution for the Swedish online gaming market where customers need only enter their telephone number followed by an SMS code to complete a purchase.

The company was founded in 2012 by entrepreneurs Kristofer Ekman Sinclair and Johan Friis, whose respective backgrounds are in the payments company Klarna, and online gaming company Betsson.
