Considered one of four of the major players in the South African online sportbetting market, BET.co.za has expanded its offer to better service the mobile channel with the launch of a new iOS app.

The app, developed in partnership with South African growth and foresight analytics firm 4i, enables customers to bet on sports and horse racing while on the move.

“We’re genuinely excited to announce the release of the BET.co.za iOS app,” Scott Canny, chief executive officer of BET.co.za, said. “Our mission is to make betting as easy as possible for all South African sports fans and this is a huge step in the right direction. The app offers all the functionality of our web and mobisite in a more convenient format.”

The app offers in-play betting with live statistics in real time, customised sports selection, Touch ID and Bet Boosts promotions and exclusive offers.
