Irish online betting group Paddy Power is to augment its mobile betting services with a new mobile gambling sportsbook offering, working in conjunction with the Swedish mobile technology specialist Mobenga.
Mobenga chief executive Christian Rajter revealed this week that the product was designed in modular form to facilitate rapid future expansion, and that it was compatible with the greatest possible range of handsets.
The new mobile betting application will provide a fast login feature with easy access to customers’ accounts, and includes a live betting element that furnishes rapid, automated updates for televised sporting events.
Ciarán McGeehan, Paddy Power’s Mobile Services Manager, said his company is seeing more desk and laptop PC customers using its mobile service or visiting its mobile website, mainly due to the convenience offered by those services.”
