Playtech-powered Casino Tropez has announced its entry into the increasingly competitive iPhone mobile gambling sector with the launch iTropez.

The Casino Tropez iPhone and android application carries games from CasinoTropez.com in a format similar to Flash and requiring no downloading.

A company spokesman says that Casino Tropez’s iPhone games are based on a web platform, whereby they can be accessed directly from all iPhone and android browsers, in a manner similar to a website. As such, the user is able to register, play, deposit and withdraw funds, all from the iPhone/android phone browser.

The free new app is being released with three English language games to start, including Jacks or Better, Gold Rally and Blackjack.
