Mobile gambling firm Probability has appointed Mike Shinya as Non-Executive Chairman following the retirement from the board of Graham Parr (see previous InfoPowa report). The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Company’s upcoming AGM.
Shinya’s career in the technology sector spans three decades and prior experience includes the positions of chief executive officer at Sherwood International and software company IBS Group, prior to which he was chief operating officer at Micro Focus International.
He is currently chairman of Seal Software Group, and has within the past five years, been a director of Lombard Risk Management and a Partner of Grosvenor Park Films LLP.
